Hello! Thank you for replying to my post. We were experiencing this issue yesterday and again this morning. The Articulate Status Page does not indicate any maintenance or outages today. Do you have recommendations for next steps?

Absolutely, I'm happy to help! I recommend confirming that you and your team are authoring in Rise 360 using the latest version of our supported browsers. I'd be curious to know if you experience this behavior when opening Rise 360 in an incognito or private window.
As a troubleshooting step, you may need to check your Network Endpoints and add these websites to your allowlist so Articulate 360 can run smoothly.
