Our team has implemented a fix for this issue. Please let us know if you're still seeing this error. As JudyNollet shared, the Articulate Status page is a great place to stay up-to-date on the status of our products. If you select Subscribe to Updates, you'll get email notifications whenever Articulate creates, updates, or resolves an incident. I hope this helps!
