Continue Divider not Locking After Multimedia Embedded Block

Greetings,

I just embedded a video in a Rise Multimedia block. We want the learners to watch the video before moving on. It appears neither of the settings to lock the continue diver recognize if the video has been watched or not. Is there something else I need to do to keep this divider locked until the video has been watched? Or is Rise not set up to tell if the video has been completed?
