Continue divider/button Invisible

Hello,

I am have a recurring issue where the Continue divider (set to complete block directly above / all blocks above) is invisible when published to the LMS. The button is present and will interact with a mouse hover, however the is no visual distinction that the button is present on screen.

The divider works appropriately in Rise360 Preview and Review360.

I am publishing with setting that have previously worked as expected, no changes to LMS vendor either.

Is there a workaround/fix for this?

I have tried republishing after:

  • delete the block and rebuild
  • change the block colour from 'theme colour' back to the default 'light'

Thank you, Jess

  • Hi everyone,

I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issue you encountered:

    • Fixed: Some blocks were disappearing when users scrolled rapidly.

There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.

Let me know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported.

Same! It's intermittent - happens on some courses, not others, and only happens sometimes even within individual courses. However, it's a major issue as learners won't be able to complete if they don't know the button's there.

I am having this issue too, although mine is occurring because I customized what the button says. I can't see it in Rise unless I scroll up and then back down. If the "continue" button is left alone, it seems to appear like normal.

This may indicate that the length of the custom text could impact the Continue block visibility.

The custom text is in other microlearning content that has been published without this issue, though.
