Is there a way to control the pronunciation of words in the text to speech option? Meaning if someone wants "buccal" to be pounced "B-YOU_CALL" and not "buckle."
Another example - if I want MAS nurse pronounced as MASS nurse. Right now, I spelling it as MASS in the text to speech.
