Convert e-Learning to LTI

I developed an e-learning for a customer and delivered it to them in SCORM 1.2 format, because last year it was also delivered in this format.
Now, their LMS provider comes back and say...

Wanna try for "is" spam? Look how long the "storyline is in SWF format" spams have been hitting this board while the Articulate staffers twiddle their thumbs.
