Convert test questions to scorm file

 I need to export questions (roughly 3,000) from our current LMS and then convert to scorm to upload into another LMS. Recreating in Storyline 360 seems tedious. Is there a faster/efficient way to do this? Perhaps the questions are in Excel or Word and then convert to scorm?  Is there a software or online service that can convert docs to scorm?
