Converting SCORM zip file towards xAPI zip file

if you have not have the original .story files for the scorm zips i don't think it works
at best the training starts completely without tracking and resume (-> story.html)
the storyline courses are published with scorm communication - not with xapi communication
scorm and xapi are total different "languages"
