Cookie banner contrast

Hi, just had a low contrast issue reported - the cookie banner has a text to background ratio of 1.6:1 (needs to be 4.5:1 min)

Likewise, radio button boundaries for questions are around 2.8:1 and I've also had an audit failure for the unit completion boundary (although I'm disputing this as not conveying important information) 

I think these are global settings, so does anyone know if there is a way to tweak them to be WCAG compliant?
