Copied course video issue

    Hello everyone,

    I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issues you encountered:

    • Fixed: Video files with spaces in their names failed to upload when the Preserve file quality option was enabled.
    • Fixed: Videos files with _NOPROCESS_ in the filename failed to load when a course was duplicated.

     

    There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.

This appears to still be an issue after 2 years??? Come on guys, surely 2 years is time to rectify this problem. Re-uploading the video and captions when duplicating a module is a painful. New features are always welcomed, but not at the expense of bugs like these that frustrate your loyal user-base.
