Copying Text from Table in Word often Repeats in Notes

For months now I have experienced this issue in all of my courses. When I copy and paste text from a Storyboard created in a Word table, it repeats itself in the notes. I have to carefully reread the notes and delete the double and triple repetitions. I can't recall if it ever loops more than 3x. See image.
