Course Mysteriously Vanished from Rise?

Hi All,

I am the Account Owner for my team's Articulate subscription, and, whilst organizing our Team folder just now, I seem to have caused a colleague's course to vanish without a trace. Please help!

Here's what happened:

1. I was a Manager for the course, and, to share the it with the rest of our team, I moved the course into a shared sub-folder within our Team folder.
2. Once the course was in the sub-folder, I tried to move it back to the main Team folder--I can't even recall now why I did this--by clicking and dragging the course tile to the Team breadcrumb (see screenshot below).
3. Articulate then presented me with the usual "Add and remove team members" pop-up window and I removed one unnecessary person from the course permissions, clicked Save....and the course vanished.

The course is not in our Team folder, it's not in any sub-folder...it's gone. Other colleagues cannot find it either. I've never seen anything like this before. Srsly, what is going on here?
