Course Not Allowing Retries
I have created two courses through Rise360. Both courses are not allowing users to retake the quiz. I had the retries set to 3 then I changed it to 5 and most recently to unlimited; however, after the 1st failed attempt, it is not allowing them to retake it. I attached a screenshot of the course settings. Please advise the best way to set up my course to allow users multiple attempts if they do not pass on their first round.

Hi Jonathan! I understand that the two courses that you created in Rise 360 are not allowing users to retake the quiz after their first try.
Are you using an LMS to distribute your courses? If you are, when you republish after changing the number of tries, did you reupload the published file to your LMS?
