course package is over 1 GB, but SAP only allows a maximum upload size of 10 MB.

Hello everyone,

I’m currently developing a project in the SAP LMS module using Articulate, and I’ve run into a challenge. My course package is over 1 GB, but SAP only allows a maximum upload size of 10 MB.

I was advised by our consultant that there are best practices for deploying large courses in SAP. Could anyone share how you typically handle uploading or hosting large Articulate courses within SAP LMS? Are there recommended approaches or workarounds for managing courses of this size?

    Options:

    • Ask them to increase the limit
    • Split the course
    • Move media to streaming services like Vimeo
    • Change out put settings when you publish (but you will never shrink it to 10mb)
