Course Progress Not Saving Properly in LMS
We recently noticed that some learners lose their course progress after closing and reopening the LMS course. In a few cases the course restarts from the beginning even after completion of multiple slides. Has anyone faced this issue with Storyline or SCORM content and found a reliable fix or best practice to prevent progress reset?

Progress is sent from the content to the LMS using suspend data. A number of things can affect that. One of the culprits I've seen is a second popup window Workday launches when the learner opens the content. The popup even says "don't close this window before you close the main content" or something like that, and if someone does, the suspend data doesn't make it from the content (through the popup) to the LMS. One place I worked even had a workaround of requiring all courses have a manual Exit Course button added to supposedly reduce suspend errors.
