Courses not recording progress
We are having problems with our Rise courses marking the progress of lessons when users return to the courses. This is happening in multiple courses. For instance, a user enrolls and completes 7 out of 20 lessons, then exits the course using the exit button. The user returns to the course and is taken to the 8th lesson, but lessons 6 and 7 do not show as complete. This is not an LMS issue - we've tested the course on SCORM Cloud and it does the same thing. I appreciate your help.

Which SCORM version are you publishing to your LMS?

Publish to SCORM 2004, and test it on SCORM Cloud.

...and, this is happening on multiple computers and browsers.

Published in SCORM 2004 Version 4, and the problem seems to go away. 2004 was a good year for Pinot, but I'm not entirely comfortable publishing to a standard that's 21 years old. Will try publishing to our LMS and test it there.

SCORM 1.2 was released in Oct 2001 ....
If SCORM 2004 works for you, then it is likely that you were exceeding the SCORM 1.2 Suspend Data Limits.
Suspend Data Limits
Standard Characters SCORM 1.2 4,096 SCORM 2004 2nd Edition 4,000 SCORM 2004 3rd Edition 64,000 SCORM 2004 4th Edition 64,000

Very interesting - so 2004 is newer that 1.2. Thanks for the correction. And, yes, these are very large courses, so that makes sense. Is there any other differences between 1.2 and 2004v4 that would affect our courses running in Docebo? Appreciate your help!

Yes. For example, SCORM 20024 sends detailed Quiz question data to the LMS etc.
