Cover Photo Change
How do you change the photo on the cover?
Can you adjust the size of the photo?
Also, can you have tables in Rise?

You can change the cover photo by clicking Settings, then clicking Add Cover Photo. You can choose to upload a photo from your own files, or browse the beautiful stock photos in the library. If a cover photo is already in use, you can click the trash icon to remove it.
Since Rise is responsive, it seamlessly flows to adapt to any screen size. In other words, your images may have different dimensions as they adapt to different devices and orientations. That being said, you don't have the option to resize images since they may not fit correctly on all devices. The best option is to use the highest quality images that you can--the larger, the better!

That function has moved to the THEME tab.
Select THEME, and then Cover Page.
To the right of the Course Image thumbnail, select Edit.
Any chance a .mov will be able to be added instead of just an image?
Hi Milissa. Rise 360 cover images can only be an image file. Video files aren't currently supported. If support for video files in cover images is something you'd like to see in the future, you can chime in with a feature request.
In the meantime, for an effect that's similar to the look of video, a lot of folks go with animated gifs for their cover images, which are supported. To learn more about using animated gifs for cover images, check out this article: How to Use GIFs as Cover Photos in Rise (with Free GIFs!)

I'm trying to upload a photo as a cover for my Rise 360 course but I keep on getting this message?
Please verify the file type is an image and try again.
What image file type are you using? Are there any spaces in the file name?
I want to replace my cover photo in Rise but there is no "upload photo" button showing under Settings. I'm working in Chrome.
Helen, you are correct. You first need to delete the current cover photo. Then the Add cover photo button will appear.
How do we delete the cover photo please?

I don't even have the option to change settings. At the top of the page, the only button I can see is "preview", despite the fact that I am the author of the course.

Help! I'm doing a "trial" of Rise 360 and love it so far. I want to add a cover photo, but when I go to Settings and Cover photo, it just has a blurb about the feature, but does NOT say "Add Cover Photo". Is it NOT available because I'm just doing a trial?

Nope, look at the screen shot I've attached.... Unless I've gone blind,
there is no option to Add Cover Photo.

Hi Felicia! If a cover photo has already been added to your course, there will be no Add Cover Photo button but you will have the option to delete the existing one.

I fixed it! I just clicked on the garbage can/delete button and it worked
beautifully! I was able to upload my new cover
photo and it looks gorgeous!Thank you for your help!
