Cover photo gets blurred and size compressed
Hello, I'm adding cover photo with recommended aspect ratio 3:1 around 2.5 mb size, but looks like it gets compressed about 10x times and resized too, so it gets blurred and low quality.
How to fix this? Do we need to add limited file size cover photo or/and aspect ratio isn't correct too?

In my experience, cover photos that have a 3:1 aspect ratio and a width of around 1800 pixels look sharp in the Rise 360 cover photo area.
Try resizing the dimensions of your image to something around 1800 x 600 pixels (it doesn't have to be exact), and let me know if that makes a difference!
