Create a custom reusable Radio Style for radio buttons...

Great question!
Currently, you can change a radio button's style, color, and effect by navigating to the Format tab on the top ribbon. I've shared your comment with our product team so we'll let you know if anything changes. In the meantime, here's a quick demo to show you how I've formatted a radio button to look larger in size when selected. I hope this helps!
Thanks Kelly, your method is certainly an option. Perhaps you could suggest to your product team that the ability to create and save customised check boxes / option buttons would be a great feature.
