Create a 'flashing' shape
Hi, I am trying to make an arrow flash to draw attention to it on an instruction page. I have set up a state to change it's colour and created a looping timeline that changes the state every second....
The location of the arrow on a layer may be part of the problem, if that layer has not been instructed to show over the base layer. However, if that layer is set to appear at specific intervals (say, time markers) then it should not be a problem.
