Create learner conversations

Is there a way in Rise 360 that I can add a 'conversation area' where learners can respond to a question in Rise and other learners will be able to see it and respond - a bit like the chat here...
Another option is to possibly publish to Review and share the Review link. That will allow people to comment or have conversation linked to the course. Of course, this can't be tracked in an LMS.
