Create transparent layer
I'm trying to create a transparent layer, i.e. one where if you click on the layer, the base layer doesn't turn to black and white. This is on Storyline 2. Any way of doing this?
It seems to be more and more that layers are showing up with a fill, or partially transparent fill for a background. Check for that.
Thank you! I tried copying over everything into a new project and it seems everything's working now. Something was just up with that project.
