Hi Cindy and welcome to the community! I haven't seen any specific cognitive examples, but if you'd like to see other K-12 examples, check out this article. Also, our Downloads and Examples hub has some other projects you can check out. As for generating a report, are you looking to create a results slide that includes a score and resource links for the learners? Or something different?
