Creating a VTT File
Hello, I am new to trying to create subtitles and am trying to work on a VTT file. I have never done this before and it looks like based on what I can research I did it correctly but again i'm sure ...

The formating may not be in UTF-8 or another type of formatting problem. Could you please share a copy of your video or course, as well as a fresh new VVT file and we can investigate further by submitting a case here?
I apologize for not responding! I didn't see your response. So a little wrinkle to this, now that I got back to this project. I uploaded the VTT file and in the preview mode within RISE I can see the Closed Captions. However, when I export it as a SCORM file and upload to the LMS the captions are not there
