Creating accessible Math Content in Storyline 360

Hello, 

We are currently drafting content for an online math course, and I looking to those of you with more experience in this area for guidance. For math equations is our best course of action to add alt text to media, buttons, or any hotspots in 360°?   Is there an opportunity to further review to employ other or additional elements to increase accessibility and enhance the user experience  for math equations?
