Creating Help Desk or Knowledge Base Articles
Hello! I'm curious if anyone has created knowledge base articles, or help articles, using Storyline 360? Thank you.
Hey daodn, have you explored Rise 360? I wonder if it might be a better candidate for knowledge base articles. It's text-based so it's easy to update, but you can still add multimedia like videos if needed. It's mobile-friendly. If you include a sidebar or a compact side menu, you have a search feature.
If you have a very large number of articles, it may get a little hairy.
