Creating Help Desk or Knowledge Base Articles
Hello! I'm curious if anyone has created knowledge base articles, or help articles, using Storyline 360? Thank you.
Hello Rachel -- Thank you for your reply. Yes, I am using Rise 360 to copy over our knowledge base articles. And, yes, we have quite a few articles and it does get "hairy", especially for the end user. Thanks again!
