Creating own templates in Rise

I'm looking for a way to create my own templates in Rise 360.
Does this feature exist?

In addition to the Block Templates feature that Karl shared, Rise 360 also includes engaging, customizable templates so you don't have to start building from scratch. Simply add your text and media, and Rise 360 does the rest.
