Hi Lauren, I'm wondering if there's been any movement on this. Even if it only affects a small number of people, I'm really hoping that the ease of programming Ctrl+Backspace and Ctrl+Del are simple enough that this feature can be added. Those key combos have the same function in every other program/application on my computer (including this window I'm typing in now), so it's frustrating that Storyline is the only thing in my entire computer where these key combos don't operate as expected.
