Please confirm that you're working from your local hard drive, as working from a network drive can lead to erratic behavior. I looked at Marlena's case, and it appears that moving the cue point in the timeline and then moving it back to 0 seconds fixed the issue. If you're willing to share your file with our team, we'll get a clearer idea of what's happening. You can upload it here or privately in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
