Curve line shape

I really often use bezier curves in my graphics. I never managed to control the curve line. The drawing process is unclear and there is no point edit mode.

Can anyone draw a smooth curve?
Sure.
But not the one I want. The tool has become much better but there is still no bezier control, so if I wobble or deviate a fraction I have to delete and try again. And again.
I guess the issue now is that it's TOO accurate. :)
