Custom character photo settings

Hello! I'll be working on a photo project to create enterprise specific, real  employee/characters to use in Storyline projects. I'm hoping to have these in the same quality as the supplied characters in Storyline. Is there any information on the photo settings I should be aiming for when photographing the employees?
