Custom Color palette doesn't fit on my screen

Sorry to hear that you ran into a similar issue.
Can I ask if you are using a monitor with a screen resolution of 1,280 x 800 or higher as mentioned in Storyline 360's System Requirements?
If you've already tried the troubleshooting I shared in my previous response, I'd recommend opening a case with our support team here. They'll be able to help share additional troubleshooting steps that you can try to fix the issue!

I was using 1920X1080 display resolution. When I reduced the resolution, I could see the full window. Thank you

It looks like part of your e-mail signature came through when you replied via e-mail. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response.
