Tell me how to make a custom mouse cursor in articulate storyline? To use absolutely any image instead of the standard cursor?

This is really cool but how do you keep it the bigger arrow and not have it change to a hand or other icon once it has hovered over a hotspot? If it was a circle could you have it so the middle was mouse click?
