CUSTOM PLAYER FEATURES by INDIVIDUAL SLIDE - AUDIO

We need to be able to turn off audio in the custom player features setting to address a common issue.
Duplicate audio controls causes problems for learners. Please see attached. There is a video audio control and a storyline audio control - duplicates. Not everyone can remove third-party a/v controls.
Thanks for the additional information. Yes, turning off the slide audio completely without the use of triggers is not possible.
