Custom xAPI Statements Object Definition issue
Something has changed in one of the recent Articulate Storyline updates to where when you create a custom xAPI statement, it is no longer populating a custom name that you enter to the object definition within the statement. See the below screenshots My name of 'E=Vision Learning Center' is not populating to the object definition like it used to. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Hello KenHaas,
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with Custom xAPI statements in Storyline. I noticed that you also reached out to us through a support case. Smart call!
Unfortunately, what you experienced is a product bug introduced in Storyline 360, Update 95. My colleague Woojin helped identify this bug, and he recommended using Update 94 for now while our product team looks for a fix.
Let's continue the conversation in your support case to keep all the information in one place, but I'm happy to assist further as needed!

This bug has just bricked an entire Certification launch... You need to communicate this to your users as soon as it's identified. The latest update also didn't fix this issue.

Hi RosMcNamee-45c5,
Thanks for reaching out about this!
Our team is currently working on a fix, so you'll want to revert to Update 94, as my teammate, EricSantos, suggested. Here's how to install a previous version of the app:
- Open the Articulate 360 desktop app and mouse over Storyline
- Click the drop-down arrow that appears and choose Other Versions
- A list of all the versions released in the past six months will appear. Click Install for the version you want to install (Build 3.94.33593.0)
In the meantime, I've linked you to the bug report so we can update you as soon as we have an update. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I hope this helps!
