Customizing "Zoom Picture"?

Do we have the ability to change the properties on the "zoom picture" functionality. When I try to use this feature my images often extend over the player, which results in a very sloppy ...
Hi, sorry for digging this old post up.
Instead of trying to position where the image will enlarge to, is there a way to restrict the image from extending outside the story size?
If I position the image away from the edge it will zoom fine but it will always extend 5px outside the story size if the unzoomed image is too close to the edge.
