DeepL translations and xlf files don't work
When I export an xlf or xliff file from a Rise course and then drop it into the DeepL translator (Pro version), it displays an error message:
Course Title.xlf
This file couldn’t be translate...

Hello MaryJames-bdc0f
I have the exact same issue and can't find any solution. Did you find any a solution and if so can you share with us?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi AntaDjiga,
Thanks for checking in! We’ve seen the same behavior reported earlier, and our team confirmed that Rise 360 currently exports translation files in XLIFF 1.2.
Since DeepL supports XLIFF 2.1 and higher, that difference likely causes the "unsupported_document_version" error you’re seeing.
The earlier cases in this thread resulted in a feature request for XLIFF 2.1 support in Rise 360. I’ve added your comment here so your experience is included as well.
Appreciate you taking the time to follow up and add your voice to the discussion.
