Deleted Rise Course

Can I restore a Snap Shot as a new course. I don't want to overwrite the one I have.  So long story short. I created content over the wrong course and have published it. Now I need to recreate the ...

    How about this: Duplicate the current version of the course. Then return to the original, and restore the Snapshot. That should give you the two separate versions.
