Deleting sections - UX and bugs

UX

Generally, deleting content follows one of two paths:

• there is a confirmation dialogue (not a toast) which explains that this action is permanent and requires you to click something to confirm; or
• the content is deleted but available to restore from a recycle bin.

When deleting sections from courses, I think we have the worst of both worlds: there is no dialogue/explanation, and there is no bin for the section. The undo toast mini-game at the bottom left is insufficient for such a permanent action. This should be a dialogue.

Bug

I did manage to catch the undo button on my next occasion of deleting a section, but the system hung at "processing" on the yet-to-be-restored section. I left it for an hour, refreshed the page, and it was gone forever.
