Latest update bug?
I've been using this template for the past 14 years. However, the latest version, August 26, 2025, is giving me trouble. When I select my menu, it no longer opens as expected.
In the Player Tabs, I configured it to lightbox a slide from another scene, but this functionality isn't working in the new version. When I reinstall the July 22, 2025 version, everything works correctly again.

I'm happy to share that we just released another update for Storyline 360. In Build 3.104.35448.0, we’ve included essential fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed is:
- When Navigation Controls were enabled on a Lightbox Slide Trigger, the Lightbox would not function.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

This is definitely something to submit a case about. In the meantime, this will work as expected if you deselect the "Use Navigation Controls" option in the trigger.

Thanks. I will update the again and the August release and try it.I have made the change suggested, and it does work. But I would rather not have to make that change.
I think your best course of action may be to submit a case to Articulate so that the Support Engineers can take a closer look and possibly log this as a bug, if needed. You can do that here: https://articulate.com/support/contact/case
