Deleting unused media files without Media Library

You mentioned the Media Library fails to open within your Storyline files. Do you receive any kind of error message? If so, please share that with us!
What kind of files are you looking to remove? Have you tried clicking on the specific media type within the Media portion of the INSERT tab?
