Dial not functioning properly

I am building a dial interaction but it does not work properly when previewed. The idea is for each title to show up as a layer when the dial is turned to the correct flower. In preview...
I don't think you need a slider on each layer. Please find attached the revised version of your story file. I used only one dial on the base layer to correctly display all titles on different layers according to the dial values. Also, this is the type of interaction where you don't have to repeat all objects shown on the base layer on subsequent layers, as they are already visible on the base layer anyway.
