Dial to Zero (with shown ref value)

I need a round dial to go to zero from 180. Wanting a user to turn a dial to zero, from <180 degrees. The variable reference value is shown, so the user knows exactly when they are at zero. 

Needing the picture to say zero. 

Also, any design help on how to make this look better would be appreciated!
