Different color screen flashes at course opening

Hi. I have some Storyline 360 courses where a blue screen flashes before my black start screen with the play button. That blue is no where in my course. Anyone had this happen or have suggestions before I open a ticket?

    Hi HeatherEmeri153​,

    A brief color flash like that can sometimes appear while the course player is loading before the first slide fully renders.

    One thing worth checking is the Player background color. Even if your slide background is black, the player itself has a background color that can appear briefly while the course loads. You can review this by going to Player > Colors & Effects.

    You might also want to check the first slide background color or slide master to make sure it matches the player background, which can help make the transition less noticeable.
