Is this issue with the audio happening during preview mode and when published? First, I suggest trying the troubleshooting steps my teammate, Joe, mentioned above your post!
If that doesn't do the trick, would you be comfortable sharing your file with our team for further testing? You're welcome to share it here or upload it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
