Disabled State not working?

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
We are tracking a bug in Storyline 360 that causes disabled states to not work correctly, in Drag-and-Drop interactions when a Trigger is used. I've included your voice in the bug report and will update this discussion as soon as a fix is in place. In the meantime, downgrading to a previous version of Storyline 360 is a valid workaround.
