Do Question Banks Allow Student to Skip, and Then Come Back to a Question

Is there a way to allow students to skip a question and come back and answer it later? And extra credit if it can ...

If you configure your quiz to submit all answers at once, then your learners can skip questions and go back to them at any point while taking the quiz. Here's how:
