Do Quizzes in Rise supprt question-level reporting?

Does anyone know whether Rise quizzes support question-level reporting? (By question-level reporting, I mean that Rise sends data showing how learners answered each individual quiz question (for example, Question 4 = correct, Question 5 = incorrect, selected Answer B, rather than only receiving a final score, pass/fail status, or completion status.)

I know this can be done in Storyline, but I found an older discussion indicating that Rise did not support question-level reporting at that time, although it was listed as a planned enhancement.

We're currently publishing using SCORM 2004. If Rise now supports question-level reporting, we're open to using a different publishing option if needed.

Has anyone successfully pulled question-level quiz data from a Rise course, either through SCORM reporting or another reporting method?
