Double Image when recording screen
Newbie question here: I'm practicing recording my screen after joining yesterday's webinar. But every image I capture is doubled:
What am I doing wrong? I have already discovered the importance of capturing only on my laptop screen rather than my secondary monitor. And I've experimented with disabling the secondary monitor. It didn't help. So now I'm stumped.

Hi,
I have the same. What to do to solve this?
Thanks in advance,
Francisca Frenks
Hi Francisca!
I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue as well! In looking at Rachel's case, I wanted to share some helpful tips and see if they help you troubleshoot the issue. Have you tried changing your scaling to 100% and your resolution to "Recommended"?
Give this method a try and let me know if you still need help!
Also, I wanted to share the article below to help improve the quality of your screen recordings. Please let me know if you have any more questions!

Hi Eva,
Thanks for reaching out!
Have you tried changing the scaling and resolution as my colleague Steven mentioned earlier in this thread?
If you are still having trouble, feel free to share a bit more of what you've tried so far. We can follow up with you in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
